How to approve and reject course request from learners

Here’s what you need to do to approve and reject course requests from the learners.

  • On the left menu pane, select Courses>Manage Course Requests.

The Manage Course Requests screen appears.

Note: On this screen, you can view the number of users waiting for confirmation for their course request.

  • Look for the courses you have permitted overbooking access.

Note: Under the pending table, there is the number of users subscribed as “pending” where you can approve or reject the user request.

  • Confirm the option you have chosen.

Note: You can also apply the same action (confirm or reject) for everybody simultaneously.

  • Select the users and choose an action from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Go.

The approved and rejected learners will be displayed in the respective tables.
