EASY COURSE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
Abara presents administrators with multiple course types to choose from. A course consists of three mediums of training:
Classroom training (ILT)
Virtual Classroom Training (vILT)
A classroom training (ILT) course or a virtual classroom training (vILT) course can be combined with SCORM packages, videos, and reference materials as pre or post work that a learner has to complete.
BASIC AND ADVANCED COURSE SETTINGS
Abara’s settings are easy to apply and intended to save administration time. A range of setting options are provided for eLearning, ILT, and vILT programs.
Basic settings can be applied to courses like:
Certificate on completion of the course
Advanced settings can be applied to:
Navigation policy (free or sequential navigation within the course)
Enrollment policy (free, approval workflows, etc.)
Offline mobile app availability (allow/disallow download of learning objects within the Abara LMS mobile app)
VISIBILITY RULES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Administrators decide the availability of courses to specific departments, locations, or any other user segmentation data. For example, Only the IT team can access Python programming courses. Hence, only IT professionals can view and enroll.
Abara’s course settings also allow notifications and reminders to be managed, including frequency and sequence of the reminders before the training deadline.
